Some of you may remember the club wreck trip we took on the Ursula (out of SIC) 5 or so years ago. We had about 15 club members on the trip and it was one of the best things we ever did to bond as a group and have some fun. We want to have a similar trip this fall. I am considering chartering the whole Little Chic out of Barnegat Light in mid October on a weekend, probably for a wreck trip (or whatever is biting). Many of you know Keith Burnet on the Obsession. Keith often runs the Little Chic and he should be able to run the boat for us, unless he has a prior commitment on the Obsession to run to the edge. I am trying to get a rough head count so we can book the trip. They can take up at least 20 people. We really need about a dozen minimum to make it work. Cost will depened on the number who come, but assuming 12 the cost is about $80 plus tip. With each additional crew, cost will go down incrementally. I figure we will take club members first, then on a space available basis, crew or children of members. If interested, please respond below. If we have sufficient interest, I will probably ask for $50 deposits.

Kurt, my schedule is going to be up in the air due to college visits this fall, but I am interested in going if I am not out of town that weekend.
